The Board of Trustees meets a minimum of four times a year, to direct, review and monitor the work and management of the Charity. This body also approves annual budgets and scrutinises policy decisions.
The trustees actively review the major risks which the charity faces. The trustees believe that they have systems in place to mitigate these risks.
